As a member of the Marketing Department, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our guest database and email communications. The position will manage the daily functions of database accuracy, guest/prospect segmentation, marketing analysis, guest satisfaction survey analysis and communication, marketing emails, transactional emails, and automated emails. You are a detail-oriented and self-motivated problem-solving individual that can manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines. You possess a positive attitude and be able to work with a variety of people and cooperate with coworkers efficiently and effectively. You have strong project management experience with the ability to manage projects from beginning to end. You are a gracious ambassador of the Sea Island brand—someone who approaches each assignment with professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

Reporting directly to the Manager CRM, Revenue, Email & Analytics, you will assist in enhancing CRM processes, execute email marketing campaigns, and provide insights that optimize guest engagement across the entire lifecycle. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with privacy and email regulations, and support strategic planning through analytics, testing, and reporting. By ensuring clean, accurate data and using it to deliver timely, relevant, and personalized communications, this role directly shapes how guests experience the resort long before they arrive. Thoughtful segmentation, effective email journeys, and tailored marketing touchpoints ensure that guests feel recognized and valued at every stage. Data-driven insights improve the resort’s ability to anticipate guest needs, reduce friction during booking, and enhance satisfaction through targeted offers and information. Collaboration on guest surveys and continuous optimization ensures the voice of the guest informs future improvements. By maintaining data accuracy, improving CRM functionality, and delivering targeted communications, the role helps convert prospects into guests, increase loyalty, and support business growth.

You maintain situational awareness of your surroundings, keeping an eye on all areas for tidiness and any general maintenance issues, ensuring that all are corrected or reported immediately. You build and work in concert with vertical departments to help resolve any issues that arise in a timely and positive way, following up as needed. They will partner with cross-departmental teams to ensure program details are accurate and promoted effectively. You are proactive in aiding when needed and are willing to help with other areas or duties as requested. You are willing and can timely execute other duties as delegated by leadership.
