And we believe we’re just getting started!The App Store Marketing team is looking for an experienced marketing operations manager to help ensure effective fiscal planning, solidify workflow integration across marketing, and build the operational foundation for new marketing programs. You will play a key, cross-functional role and represent App Store Marketing as we work closely with the larger Apple Services Marketing organization and App Store business teams. Description

You will share in the team’s responsibility for the successful delivery and execution of Apple’s App Store marketing programs. You will sit on the App Store Marketing team in the Marketing Development and Enablement function, working globally with a plethora of cross-functional business partners. These engagements will often be in a leading position for meetings, defining milestones and ensuring clear responsibilities across working teams. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to put the team is in a position to drive meaningful business impact through its marketing initiatives.This is an important role within one of the fastest-growing divisions at Apple. The right candidate is a hungry, creative, and effective marketer with leadership qualities and a strategic view towards the growth and development of both the service and their team. Responsibilities

Create and maintain the Fiscal Operating Plan, ensuring it acts as a key tool for all teams to successfully execute the fiscal plan. Create and maintain visible central tracking of progress & milestones across all marketing functions to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are produced in a timely manner. Communicate with global cross-functional partners across marketing development and enablement programs to successfully deliver against objectives. Identify gaps and improve existing processes across the marketing teams and cross-functional partners, to improve deliverables and enhance business impact. Create, compile, and maintain documentation (knowledge-base) for the marketing team’s operational workflows and make best practices readily available. Facilitate budget ops, manage budgeting tools, and monitor allocations Minimum Qualifications

5+ years in operations, with experience in marketing, subscription services or games Clear and effective communication skills. Project management skillset; ability to track a multitude of tasks and coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate deliverables Experience building operational best practices, new processes, and tools (hands‑on) Demonstrated organizational and strategic thinking skills, ability to identify gaps in process and design unified solutions that work across multiple cross‑functional teams Stellar attention to detail, will often be working with tasks that require a keen eye Comfort with a fast‑paced cadence, working across a wide breadth of initiatives Willingness to travel as required Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. Experience in leading meetings with, and presenting to executive leadership Experience with Creators and/or App Developers Experience with AirTable, Wrike and other similar platforms Experience doing annual business or marketing planning At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,400 and $210,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
