We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Preschool Curriculum Coordinator
to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of our early childhood curriculum. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in child development, enthusiastic about early learning, and skilled in supporting teachers to deliver high-quality, engaging, and developmentally appropriate instruction.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and evaluate preschool curriculum aligned with early learning standards
Support and coach teachers in lesson planning, classroom practices, and assessments
Ensure curriculum meets the developmental, social-emotional, and academic needs of young learners
Monitor classroom implementation and provide constructive feedback
Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and families to support student success
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with licensing and Quality Rated accreditation requirements
Help with social media for the school
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in preschool or early childhood education
Prior experience in curriculum development or instructional leadership preferred
Strong knowledge of early learning standards and child development
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively and inspire teaching staff
