Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field At least 3 years of experience teaching in early childhood education and 1+ year in a leadership role Strong knowledge of child development, early learning best practices and team leadership Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills A genuine love for children and commitment to high-quality education Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements
