About This Role Small Business Healthcare Consultant
exists to help small businesses across the country offer healthcare benefits that are affordable, meaningful, and life-changing for their employees and families.
In this role, you will:
Serve small business owners, insurance brokers, and prospective clients nationwide
Be responsible for driving new business growth, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong broker relationships
Directly impact how accessible and affordable healthcare is for working families by helping employers offer cost-free healthcare benefits
This is a
hands-on
role for someone who:
Enjoys relationship-building, consultative selling, and problem-solving
Takes ownership and follows through
Wants their work to have real-world impact
What You’ll Do In this role, you will:
Own: Managing the full sales process from lead generation through close and enrollment
Support: Business owners by educating them on healthcare options and guiding them through enrollment with confidence
Collaborate with: Insurance brokers and internal teams to support nationwide sales efforts Improve: Access to healthcare for small businesses by helping them offer competitive, cost-free benefits
Advocate for: Small businesses and their employees by helping them understand the value and impact of Redirect Health
A strong performer in this role is known for:
Building trust-based relationships with brokers and business ownersCommunicating clearly and confidently about complex healthcare topics
Consistently delivering new business growth and successful enrollments
How Success Is Measured Success in this role is measured by:
New business growth and closed sales
Successful enrollment completion and client confidence
Strong broker relationships and ongoing engagement
Collaboration with internal teams to support a smooth sales and enrollment experience

Brings relevant experience in health insurance sales and group healthcare benefits
Communicates clearly and with empathy

Healthcare experience, licensing, or certifications:
REQUIRED (Arizona health insurance license)
