Prepares unemployment claims for Texas and Oklahoma
Process Internal Transfer requests
Prepares and sends Credit and Background letters
Coordinates Credit and Background appealsPrepares, distributes, and tracks Business Development Allowance reports
Follow-up call to employees regarding termination disposition
Follow-up and track employee acknowledgement documents
Process computer purchase program orders
Process Tuition Reimbursement applications and payments
Assist manager with projects
Filing and/or uploading of employee documents
Other duties as assigned
SKILLS
Effective English verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Good customer service, active listening, and critical thinking to actively look for ways to help people
Ability to meet performance standards and deadlinesAble to concentrate and focus on detail
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED
