Position Summary
The MTC Marketing and Graphic Design Assistant works with the MTC Marketing Coordinator on engaging solutions for communications and marketing channels, including social assets and social media marketing campaigns, emails, print and digital ads, publications, event materials, internal presentations, etc. that align with the brand messaging, and strategic objectives for the MTC Performing Arts. Required Qualifications
Associate’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or related field 1 year of related experience Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or related field 3 years of related experience Job Details
Job duties include but are not limited to: Assist in the development and execution of creative concepts for leading edge marketing tactics and campaign creation. Complete graphic design projects as needed for MTC advertising campaigns. Develop social media engagement and advertising campaigns. Create content for MTC Facebook, Instagram, X, and newsletter engagement. Assist in the prioritization of projects by workload and deadlines. Maintain the College’s values, goals and objectives in all designs. Work collaboratively with JCCC Communications and Marketing team to maintain adherence to brand standards and overall College marketing strategies.
