Sales Associate
who is motivated, professional, coachable, and ready to build a long‑term career in automotive sales.
What You’ll Do As a Sales Associate, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the vehicle-buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
Engage customers in a professional, consultative manner—online, on the phone, and in person
Conduct needs assessments and recommend vehicles that best fit customer goals
Deliver confident, feature-focused product presentations and test drives
Follow structured sales processes from first contact through delivery
Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with management, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless experience
Maintain product knowledge on Ford vehicles, technology, incentives, and programs
Uphold McGraw Ford’s standards for integrity, accountability, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Self-motivated with a desire to learn and improve
Ability to follow proven sales processes and coaching
Customer-focused mindset with strong listening skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
