Experienced in

commercial sales, B2B sales, or business development Personable, social, and confident meeting with

property managers, facility managers, adjusters, brokers, and commercial clients Decisive and fast-moving—you don’t need all the facts to take action Comfortable in

outside sales, relationship management, and networking A closer—with integrity You believe

“no” is temporary

Consultative sales approach Relationship-based selling (not transactional) Educate customers on the

$100,000+ per month in

collected revenue $1M+ annually in

commercial restoration sales Mid-size commercial projects ($50,000–$100,000) Strong, repeat
