Contract (13 weeks, with potential for temp-to-hire) Schedule: Monday to Friday Day shifts Key Responsibilities: Provide full oversight and management of pharmacy operations at the facility Serve as the Pharmacy-In-Charge (PIC) for the site, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Utilize RX Connect IT system for pharmacy operations Collaborate with hospital leadership to streamline pharmaceutical services and support patient care Qualifications and Desired Experience: Active California Pharmacist License Proven experience as a Director of Pharmacy within California healthcare settings Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with Long-Term Acute Care hospital environments is preferred Ability to quickly adapt and manage pharmacy services in an interim capacity This role offers the chance to impact patient care by leading pharmacy services in a focused healthcare setting. The contract provides a structured Monday through Friday day shift schedule, supporting work-life balance.
