Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (flexibility available with core hours)

An Addison Group client is looking for a Customer Service Representative! This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping clients navigate tax and insurance-related questions while working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email related to tax documentation, insurance policies, and account details
Clearly explain forms, notices, statements, and billing related to tax and insurance matters
Provide accurate guidance on procedures, compliance requirements, and general account questions
Escalate complex or technical issues to appropriate internal teams while ensuring timely customer follow-up
Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions within a CRM system
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction
Stay current on internal policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred
2+ years of customer service experience (financial services, tax, or insurance preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Experience working with CRM systems and standard office software
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Spanish language skills a plus, but not required
Professional, customer-first mindset with empathy and reliability
