Halo Pest Control is a trusted pest control company serving homeowners throughout the Indianapolis area. Our mission is to provide dependable service and a great customer experience, backed by a large team of pest control experts who help create customized pest protection plans for every home. We’re currently looking for an Entry‑Level Customer Service Representative to support our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a team‑oriented environment. No prior pest control experience is required — training is provided.
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers
Assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and general service questions
Provide clear information about Halo Pest Control’s services and processes
Coordinate with our team of pest control experts to help customers find the right pest protection plan for their needs
Update customer information accurately in internal systems
Deliver friendly, professional customer support on every interaction
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and listening skills
Professional, patient, and positive attitude
Comfortable working on a phone and computer
Reliable and detail‑oriented
Willingness to learn — no prior customer service or pest control experience required
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer and typing skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
