We're currently looking for an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to support our
growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly,
and working in a team-oriented environment. No prior pest control experience is required —
training is provided.
What You'll Do
● Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers
● Assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and general service questions
● Provide clear information about Halo Pest Control's services and processes
● Coordinate with our team of pest control experts to help customers find the right pest
protection plan for their needs
● Update customer information accurately in internal systems
● Deliver friendly, professional customer support on every interaction
What We're Looking For
● Strong communication and listening skills
● Professional, patient, and positive attitude
● Comfortable working on a phone and computer
● Reliable and detail-oriented
● Willingness to learn — no prior customer service or pest control experience required
