What You’ll Do
Build and execute effective referral marketing strategies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners
Conduct sales calls to identify new and potential referral sources
Deliver presentations both inside and outside the facility
Meet and exceed census and referral goals
Maintain knowledge of market trends, payer mix, and acuity levels
Identify partnership opportunities with other community providers
Set up and lead in‑services to support business development
Maintain a strong understanding of competitors and market positioning
Promote Atrium Centers’ services, programs, and value proposition
Identify unmet community needs for future program and service development
What You Bring
1–2 years of experience
in healthcare sales and marketing
Sales and Marketing experience, Customer Service experience, and/or training, equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience representing multiple sites is a plus
Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet)
Previous health care community relations experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong relationship‑building and presentation abilities
Service‑focused mindset with a passion for learning
Positive, can‑do attitude with dependable attendance
