Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and emails regarding FHA guidelines and procedures
Utilize a knowledge database to address client inquiries effectively
Follow standard operating procedures across various topics and contact channels
Document all interactions in a database for tracking and follow-up
Stay updated on FHA mortgage processes and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
Minimum of 2 years of mortgage servicing work history
Minimum of 1 year of contact center or telephone customer service experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance, including a credit check and background investigation
Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, based on business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge or experience with FHA guidelines
Experience in a contact center with omnichannel capabilities
