Prospect Management Analyst - University Advancement

* Manage the prospect assignment process.* Maintain and serve as a subject matter expert on WashU prospect management guidelines and Prospect Management best practices.* Analyze and curate data for audits and consultations at the direction of the Senior Associate Director.* Collaborate with the Annual Giving PMC to manage prospect assignments across capacity lanes.* Provide critical support in the management, maintenance, and integrity of prospect data in CRM.* Perform other duties as assigned.* Normal office environment* Ability to travel to various on- and off-campus locations* Strong client service orientation.* Ability to train/coach clients on complex concepts and business practices.* Ability to compile, report, and analyze information from diverse sources.* Ability to understand problems from a broad, interactive perspective and conceive strategic solutions.* Up to 22 days of vacation, 10 recognized holidays, and sick time.* Competitive health insurance packages with priority appointments and lower copays/coinsurance.* Take advantage of our free Metro transit U-Pass for eligible employees.* WashU provides eligible employees with a defined contribution (403(b)) Retirement Savings Plan, which combines employee contributions and university contributions starting at 7%.* WashU covers the cost of tuition for you and your family, including dependent undergraduate-level college tuition up to 100% at WashU and 40% elsewhere after seven years with us.Washington University in St. Louis' collective success is significantly attributed to the passion and outstanding efforts of our community.
