Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Spanish bilingual customer service representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to engage with customers, resolve inquiries, and provide detailed information about products and services. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced call center environment and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills. Hours for this position are: 2pm-11pm est. M-F. Responsibilities: Open and manage trouble tickets to address specific customer issues effectively. Clearly explain product options, associated charges, and promotions to customers. Navigate customer service systems and tools efficiently to deliver timely assistance. Resolve routine problems using established procedures and seek guidance for complex issues. Maintain high-quality performance standards and meet call center metrics. Promote self-service tools such as organizational applications and web resources. Provide accurate quotes for rates and encourage customers to consider prepay options. Inform customers about new or upgraded products and services. Conduct additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support team objectives. Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish. Able to work 2pm-11pm est. M-F. Proficiency in data entry, research, and email correspondence. Ability to provide accurate customer quotes and product information. Strong communication skills, including fluency in Spanish. Familiarity with navigating customer service systems and tools. Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics and quality standards.
