About This Position Wage $21.50 per hour

$300 Bonus

Potential to earn up to $300 monthly bonus

***Must be fluent in both English and Spanish***

Training: M-F 8am-4pm (3 weeks)

2nd Shift Availability: M-F 2pm-11pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm

Keefe Group is seeking a

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Agent

to join our St. Louis team. In this role, you will use your fluency in both Spanish and English to provide excellent customer service and support to our diverse customer base. Your ability to switch between languages seamlessly is essential — you’ll handle calls, emails, and other communications in Spanish and English every day.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with customers in both Spanish and English via phone and email.

Answer questions, provide order information, and resolve customer concerns quickly and accurately.

Maintain accurate records of calls and transactions.

Provide a positive customer experience and represent the company with professionalism and empathy.

Participate in required training and actively support team goals.

What You’ll Need

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is REQUIRED (reading, writing, and speaking).

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

At least 18 years of age.

Prior customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus).

Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.

Strong typing and computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency).

Professional, upbeat, and clear telephone voice.

Able to type at least 30 wpm.

Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Must be available for various shifts including days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays.

Must attend a two-week training (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday).
