About This Position Must live in the St. Louis, Missouri metropolitan area

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

Starting Wage $21.50 per hour

Hiring Bonus: $300

Monthly performance-based bonus opportunity up to $300

Full Time with Benefits

Training: M-F 8am-4pm (3 weeks)

2nd Shift Availability: M-F 2pm-11pm and Saturday 10am-4pm

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary contact for Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers. Responsible for placing orders, handling questions for package programs regarding order status, return processing, and product knowledge.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

Provide inbound customer service phone and chat support to Access Securepak and Access Corrections customers.

Process customer orders, deposits, track shipments and answer customer questions.

Process a variety of administrative tasks as a result of the customer call or chat.

Consistently meet established performance metrics and quality standards.

Complete other duties assigned by management.

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Proficient in Spanish and English (speaking and writing).

Availability for days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays.

Attendance for two-week training from 8am to 4pm Monday through Friday.

Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills.

Prior customer service experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional and upbeat telephone voice.

Typing speed of 30 wpm.

Must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
