We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Center Director to lead daily operations, drive organizational goals, and foster a positive, growth-oriented environment for staff and clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage both people and processes effectively.
Position Responsibilities Leadership and Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center to ensure smooth, efficient performance.
Lead, motivate, and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.
Ensure all operational, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met.
Strategic Planning and Program Oversight
Develop and implement operational strategies to meet organizational goals.Evaluate performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program quality and service delivery. Client and Community Engagement
Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners.
Represent the center in outreach activities, promoting its mission and programs.
Ensure a supportive, inclusive, and customer-focused environment.
Prerequisites
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in leadership or management, ideally within an educational, healthcare, or service-oriented environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and performance goals effectively.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
CPR and First Aid Certification
Leadership or Management Certification
