Marketing Operations Manager

Work with business segment leads to track campaign schedules and ensure alignment across divisions. Lead change management efforts related to marketing operations and technology adoption. **Qualifications & Skills** 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors. Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and performance reporting. Proven ability to maintain clean, accurate, and consistent marketing data across systems.Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization. Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in utilities, smart metering, or industrial technology sectors. Familiarity with 80/20 principles and customer-centric marketing strategies. * Certification in Salesforce or Marketo is a plus.**Salary:** The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
