Responsibilities
Engage actively with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of property listings to attract prospective buyers.
Coordinate and conduct property tours, showcasing features and benefits to potential clients.
Collaborate with experienced agents to learn negotiation strategies and close successful deals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and property transactions.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
Utilize company-provided leads and resources to build a robust client base and expand your network.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
Proven track record of being detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in documentation and transactions.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contributing to shared goals and success.
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client management and property listings.
Motivation to pursue a real estate license, if not already obtained, showing commitment to the field.
Compensation $97,000 - $225,000 yearly
