Jacksonville dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs. We are looking for a creative and organized right‑hand person to work directly with the CEO. You won’t just be “posting on social media”—you will be building a personal brand, managing client communications, and helping scale a digital product store.

1. Content Creation & Brand Strategy

Social Media Management: Write and publish professional posts for LinkedIn and support the CEO’s personal brand on Instagram (Stories/Reels).

YouTube Collaboration: collaborate with the CEO to draft high-value video scripts on business and tax topics.

Visual Design: Use Canva to create eye‑catching flyers, workshop presentations, and digital product assets.

2. Email Marketing Engine

Weekly Newsletters: Draft and schedule the weekly broadcast to our current client list (keeping them engaged).

Lead Nurturing: Manage email sequences for new leads (turning “interested” into “paid”).

Onboarding Series: Ensure every new client receives the automated “New Client” email series.

3. Operations & Local Presence

The Gatekeeper: Manage the daily business email inbox by organizing inquiries and flagging urgent items for the CEO.

Lead Management: Track incoming leads and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Brand Ambassador: Attend approximately 1 in‑person networking event per month in Jacksonville to represent the firm and capture content.

Who You Are:

A Strong Writer: You can write professional, error‑free copy for emails and LinkedIn.

Tech Savvy: You are comfortable with (or learn quickly) tools like Canva, Email Marketing Platforms (e.g., Mailchimp/ConvertKit), and Google Workspace.

Jacksonville Based: You are local and can attend in‑person events.

Ambitious: You want to learn how a business is built from the ground up.
