Manage strategic technical accounting advisory engagements and lead multidisciplinary teams serving clients across various industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. This role functions as a generalist, providing services to a diverse client base. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise clients on complex technical accounting issues, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, new accounting pronouncements, debt/equity transactions, share-based compensation, purchase accounting, IPO processes, and consolidation. Research and resolve complex accounting issues, balancing client preferences within the US GAAP framework. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field. Technical accounting and transaction advisory experience from a top-tier public accounting firm or reputable in-house corporate environment. Strong people, project, and client management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex subjects and develop pragmatic solutions. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
