Manage strategic technical accounting advisory engagements and lead multidisciplinary teams serving clients across various industries, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. The role primarily functions as a generalist, supporting a diverse client base. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise clients on complex technical accounting issues, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, new accounting standards implementation, debt/equity transactions, share-based compensation, purchase accounting, IPO processes, and consolidation. Research and resolve complex accounting issues, balancing client preferences within the US GAAP framework. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university. Experience in technical accounting and transaction advisory from a top-tier public accounting firm or reputable in-house corporate environment. Strong skills in people, project, and client management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex topics and develop pragmatic solutions. Ability to perform well under pressure in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing timelines and scope.
