California - Mid-Level Trade Secrets/Non-Compete Litigator

Fisher Phillips seeks attorneys with 3‑6 years of experience in trade secret litigation to join its premier Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group. This opportunity is available in any Fisher Phillips California office.
Ideal candidates will have appreciable experience litigating restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for expedited discovery, and deposition and discovery experience (including substantial exposure to computer forensics and e‑discovery issues). Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting temporary restraining orders, preliminary injunctions, and complaints in federal and state court. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Candidates must be admitted in California and hold a J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school.
