Manages the Roadrunner Card and Business Center - 40%
Provides services to students related to their Roadrunner Card accounts, meal plans, and print orders. Continuously generates and analyzes meal plan reports, ensuring accurate data is compiled and sent to dining services. Prepares and processes journal entries to apply charges for print jobs, ID badges, and commuter meal plans to the appropriate departments. Supervises the work of student worker Card Clerks. Serves as the backup for print services on campus. Manages Accounting and Marketing for Campus Services - 20%
Manages relationships with faculty, staff, students and third parties. Updates social media and digital marketing. Reviews and deposits commissions from vendors. Creates check requests for payment to vendors. Completes deposits on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Manages bookstore services - 20%
Manages relationships with bookstore provider. Coordinates marketing, promotions, and register updates. Meets weekly with Bookstore Manager. Generates and analyzes Inclusive Access program report, comparing data with bookstore record to ensure accuracy and consistency. Manages server maintenance - 10%
Manages the maintenance of Transact, Mobile Print/Uni-Print, Instant ID, AIMS, Cloud POS, and Pharos servers. Performs a variety of related duties - 10%
Serves on a variety of college committees. Conducts presentations related to campus services at orientations, preview days, and other events. Assist with Parking Services and food trucks on campus when needed. Conducts a semesterly Campus Satisfaction Survey and distributes to students. Oversees the Campus Services Coordinator, including time approval, performance management, and development. Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a course of study related to the occupational field and/or equivalent related work experience. Other Required Qualifications

Knowledge of college policies and procedures. Knowledge of computers and job-related software programs. Knowledge of University System of Georgia policies and procedures. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Knowledge of contract management principles. Skills
