Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agodas new & emerging marketing channels.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
• Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data-driven decisions for channel growth.
• Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using tools such as SQL or Tableau.
• Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.

Qualifications

• 4?6 years of experience as a Data Analyst in tech, consulting, e?commerce or digital marketing.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and impactful recommendations.
• Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel).
• Innovative problem?solving skills and resourcefulness in complex, evolving situations.
• Stakeholder management & communication skillsability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders.
