Join us as a People and Culture Partner and play a key role in shaping how people and culture drive business success. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders in our Commodities organization, translating strategic priorities into practical outcomes that strengthen our culture and enable operational excellence. You’ll have the opportunity to influence decisions, lead critical talent processes, and contribute to initiatives that make a impact on our people and business.

What role will you play? You will act as a trusted People & Culture partner to senior stakeholders, providing strategic advice across the employee lifecycle, lead and coordinate key talent processes, including promotions, performance management, and employee development. You will drive People & Culture initiatives and projects that enhance employee experience and support business priorities and leverage people data and insights to inform decisions and improve workforce outcomes.
What you offer
Proven experience in an HR advisory role with the ability to influence and impact at a strategic level (5+ years experience)
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in commodities and/or a global matrix organization is a plus.
