About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Multifamily Investment and Real Estate Development. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in multifamily acquisitions, land development, and dispositions, with a strong preference for those who have worked in a family-owned/operated business. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in sourcing and structuring acquisition and ground-up development deals, as well as proficiency in financial modeling. A deep understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and underwriting is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with financial teams for strategic decision-making and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities for this role include comprehensive oversight of property performance, the ability to implement impactful changes across various operational facets, and a focus on scaling the company through the expansion of its multifamily portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and supportive leader, a skilled culture builder, and an effective problem solver. Experience in capital markets, including debt and equity raising, and a strong track record of securing capital from various sources, is required. The role also involves a strong focus on relationship management with equity partners, including institutional investors, family offices, and syndicate networks. While not mandatory, knowledge of the Tennessee and Texas markets is a plus, and advanced degrees such as an MBA, CPA, MA, or JD are highly valued.
