is searching for a dedicated and skilled
Used Car Technician
to join our team. We are looking for various levels of skill! The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, efficient individual with at least the basic automotive knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $20-$25/hour flat rate
Responsibilities
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services quickly and efficiently
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance
Ensure proper documentation of all services performed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Provide excellent customer service by communicating vehicle issues and repair recommendations clearly
Stay updated on automotive technology and repair techniques
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
Perform minor repairs, such as replacing air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
Adhere to company policies and standards for service quality and customer satisfaction
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of automotive repair experience.
ASE certifications or equivalent manufacturer training preferred.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use modern diagnostic tools and equipment.
A team player with a commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality workmanship.
Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
