Accurately review, update, and maintain customer notes on work orders. Perform detailed data entry to keep records organized and up to date. Process and finalize billing for completed services efficiently and accurately. Assist with shop workflow and daily operational tasks to support seamless service delivery. Collaborate closely with the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain professionalism and composure in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Ensure all documentation and procedures comply with company policies and standards. Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong skills in order entry and maintaining accurate records. Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively. Familiarity with working on and managing work orders. Comfortable working in a shop setting with a casual and noisy atmosphere. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
