Providence, RI , and we are seeking a

licensed commercial real estate agent

to join our office in the

Providence Financial District . This role

requires an active real estate license . CRG Commercial facilitates

all types of commercial real estate transactions , including leasing, sales, investment, and owner-user deals. We are

not a startup

and have built a strong market reputation

since 1992 , offering agents credibility, structure, and long-term stability.

This opportunity is designed for licensed agents who want to operate within a

professional, relationship-driven environment

with leadership, training, and tools that support growth without sacrificing autonomy. Agents work directly with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and investors across the Providence market.

Responsibilities

Secure new and expanded client relationships

Maintain and uphold the highest ethical and legal standards

Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision

Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data

Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations

Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers

Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally

Qualifications

3 - 5 years ofcommercial real estate experience

Ability to make sound judgments based on imperfect information

Proficiency with Microsoft Office softwarePossess ability to connect with a variety of personalities

Independent and self motivated

Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language

Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising

Compensation $85,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings
