Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia (required)
Skilled nursing experience (required)
3+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing setting (required)
Strong knowledge of clinical compliance, quality measures, and regulatory standards
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing teams
