Responsibilities
Work directly with the NCAA Sports Marketing Director and external agencies on planning and executing NIL activations across the brand’s collegiate partnership portfolio
Lead the organization, collection and shipping of activation materials and products for all NIL campaigns related to the brand’s collegiate partnerships
Prepare updates for university partners on the status of each NIL activation on a bi‑weekly basis
Partner with the larger NCAA team on preparing agendas for each university status call
Manage and execute the payment process for vendors used by the NCAA SPOMA team
Input NIL content into the planning calendars for each of the NCAA SPOMA partners
Assist larger NCAA team in budget tracking, presentation building, shipping and calendar management as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Deep knowledge and understanding of the consumer through the lens of college athletes and athletics (NCAA)
Experience in client relationship building
Experience in organizing budget related resources
Strong customer‑facing abilities
Ability to assist the cross‑functional team without direct management responsibilities
Strong project management and planning skills
Strong presentation skills and experience in building PowerPoint presentations
Understanding of sporting goods industry and related retail channels a plus
Qualifications
BA in marketing, advertising or related field required
Minimum of one year of marketing experience, preferably with a sporting or consumer goods company or equivalent account management experience at an advertising/design agency
