Job Summary

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on performance management, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $92,100 to $105,000. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for business unit leaders and employees regarding workplace concerns and grievances.

Coach people leaders to enhance leadership capabilities and facilitate organizational change.

Conducts the investigation process and recommend solutions.

Consult with client groups, providing guidance on employee relations, organizational design, performance management, progressive corrective action, HR policy, conflict resolution, and communication.

Analyze data, interpret trends, and present insights and recommendations on leadership effectiveness and performance.

Prepare summary reports and guidance for senior HR leadership.

Partner with business leaders to facilitate involuntary terminations

Facilitate workplace trainings sessions.

Advise organizational leaders on risk mitigation strategies concerning employee relations and workforce practices to ensure compliance, reduce liability, and promote employee engagement.

Partner with cross-functional HR Centers of Excellence to design and execute business strategies.

Collaborate with stakeholders, Legal, Compliance and Title IX, to ensure alignment on workplace matters.

Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

Four (4) years of human resources experience in employee relations to include investigations, providing counsel/guidance to employees and leaders, compliance with organizational policy and strong knowledge of functional areas of human resources or an equivalent mix of education and relevant experience in similar role.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and/or MBA in Human Resources or related field.

Proficient with PeopleSoft.

National Human Resource certification ( SHRM -CP, SHRM SCP , PHR or SPHR ).
