Guide buyers and sellers through the real estate process with confidence, professionalism, and care Convert company-provided buyer and seller leads into signed clients and closed transactions Actively prospect for new clients through your sphere, database, and outbound activities to build a sustainable pipeline Follow proven systems for lead follow-up, appointments, contracts, and client experience Participate in team meetings, coaching, training sessions, and networking events Deliver exceptional customer service that leads to repeat business and referrals Success in Your First Year
Close 20–24+ transactions using a combination of team-provided leads and self-generated business Consistently build and manage a strong pipeline of active clients and future opportunities Grow a referral-based business through excellent service and follow-up Establish a visible local presence through team marketing, community involvement, and prospecting activities Demonstrate consistent activity, accountability, and growth within the team structure Qualifications
Nevada Real Estate License (Required) 1+ years of experience in real estate Strong knowledge of the Henderson & Las Vegas real estate market Must live within close proximity to Henderson, NV, as our business is primarily in East Henderson, Lake Las Vegas, and the surrounding areas Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Compensation
