Because that’s what we’re handing out — and we need more driven agents ready to jump in and close deals!

serious buyers , already pre-qualified and booked for appointments by our Inside Sales Team through our
reverse prospecting system .

Deliver a 5-star experience that earns you repeat and referral business
Host open houses (we bring the traffic!)
Stay organized in your CRM and calendar
Participate in weekly team trainings to sharpen your skills
Qualifications
Active North Carolina Real Estate License
Full-time availability — this isn’t a side hustle
Strong communicator and relationship builder
Tech-savvy and eager to learn
Highly motivated, coachable, and growth-focused
