Experience Level:

3–5 years The Director of Revenue Cycle is responsible for overseeing and optimizing patient access operations across multiple facilities within a designated region. This role focuses on improving processes, driving operational efficiency, enhancing the patient experience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. This is an onsite position and requires regional travel. Pay compensation is $90,000 - $105,000 plus bonus.

Direct hiring and training for leadership and patient access staff. Budget Management:

Manage financial resources effectively. Other Duties:

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3-5+ years of leadership experience 3-5+ years of patient access experience Background in healthcare provider finance operations or similar service environment Proven ability to use KPIs to monitor and improve team performance Financial and project management experience Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Certifications CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire CHAM preferred
