About the role Lead day‑to‑day nursing for assisted living and memory care—supporting dignity, choice, and quality of life.
Partner with residents, families, providers, nurses, caregivers, and med techs while guiding the clinical team.
What you’ll do
Oversee clinical operations, assessments, and care planning
Respond to changes in condition and coordinate with providers
Coach, schedule, and develop nursing and care teams
Uphold documentation standards and regulatory compliance
Collaborate on staffing, training, and quality
Skills & attributes
Leadership and team development
Clear, observation‑based communication and documentation
Calm, decisive presence in emergencies
Business awareness for labor and expenses
EHR/eMAR proficiency; MS Office comfort
Relatable experience
Nursing leadership in senior living, LTC, or related settings
Experience with pharmacies, physicians, and care partners
Scheduling, training, and documentation responsibilities
Qualifications
At least 21 years of age
Current RN license; 2+ years’ experience (geriatrics a plus)
Current negative TB test; CPR (or willingness to obtain)
Background check clearance
