Engage patients via telephone in a friendly, supportive, and professional manner Utilize in-person approaches to engage difficult-to-reach patients and drive acceptance rates Self-manage outreach work queue and document call outcomes in Salesforce and EMR systems Schedule patient appointments following successful outreach efforts Answer inbound calls to assist and engage with new patients while maintaining confidentiality What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or patient-oriented position At least 1 year of experience in providing customer service Experience in appointment scheduling Sales experience and a history of achieving sales goals/metrics preferred CNA/MA background and call center experience are a plus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
