What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Build out the sales planning process for wholesale and digital channels with oversight from senior leadership

Develop analysis, reports, and insights that drive business forward and flag actionable recommendations

Ensure planning decisions align with broader company goals, including pacing and margin targets

Maintain high standards of sales forecast data hygiene, ensuring accuracy and consistency

Provide overviews to leadership at key planning intervals and communicate financial performance of key items

What is Required (Qualifications):

3-5 years of experience in sales planning within the beauty industry, with exposure to digital, e-commerce, and retail channels

Proven judgment skills and ability to influence and build strong relationships with Sales and Marketing leadership

Strong analytical skills to optimize sell-in and replenishment based on historical trends and current performance

Exceptional organization and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities

Experience working with forecasting software and ERP systems; proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with NetSuite and/or Netstock

Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and supporting cross-functional teams
