Shape the Future of Clinical Trial Supply Networks. Take a strategic leadership role in building strong alliances and optimizing our global clinical trial supply network. Your Contribution:

Lead Strategic Alliances: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including governance structures (steering committees, working groups, escalation paths).

Partner-of-Choice: Develop and implement a solution‑oriented, relationship‑focused alliance strategy to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Contract & Risk Management: Support creation and negotiation of term sheets and contracts; proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Performance & Innovation: Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs, conduct performance reviews, and drive implementation of innovative technologies and processes.

Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to GxP, internal quality standards, and all applicable regulatory and financial requirements.

Cost Optimization: Execute cost‑saving and efficiency projects and develop long‑term strategies for cost effectiveness.

A good Match:

University degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, Procurement, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, vendor/alliance management, or project management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.

Proven track record in global clinical supply chain and logistics (up to Phase III).

Deep knowledge of contracting processes, GxP principles, and regulatory requirements.

Strong project management and leadership skills, combined with negotiation expertise.

Business‑professional English proficiency and solid MS Office skills.

Ability to solve complex, dynamic challenges, think strategically, and collaborate across functions.

Expected Pay Range Director (US): $168,100/year to $268,700/year + benefits, annual bonus & equity (bonus and equity is variable and dependent on company and individual performance). Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
