About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinic Operations with a strong background in healthcare business management and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the clinic, with a focus on four key areas: operations, growth, financial performance, and culture. This leadership role requires a strategic mindset, with an emphasis on driving local growth, exceeding client retention targets, and fostering community relationships. The Executive Director will also be accountable for the clinic's financial health, including P&L management, and must have a deep understanding of financial drivers to optimize profitability.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' of operations and growth leadership experience in a high-growth service industry, particularly in healthcare, behavioral health, or education. The role demands a leader with a growth mindset, strong financial acumen, and a deep understanding of ABA therapy or allied health services. The Executive Director will be expected to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including families, caregivers, and community partners, and to champion a culture of collaboration and high performance within the clinic. Responsibilities also include talent retention and engagement, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
