About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinic Operations with a strong background in healthcare business management and a proven track record in leading high-performing teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the clinic, with a focus on four key areas: operations, growth, financial performance, and culture. This role requires a leader with a growth mindset, capable of driving strategic expansion, exceeding client retention targets, and fostering community relationships. The Executive Director will also be accountable for the clinic's financial acumen, including P&L management, and must have a deep understanding of the financial drivers that impact profitability.
Operational excellence is a critical aspect of the role, and the Executive Director will be expected to ensure the high-quality execution of services, maintain compliance with all relevant policies, and use data to make informed decisions. Talent retention and engagement are also key responsibilities, involving the hiring, development, and mentorship of staff to create a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' of leadership experience in a high-growth service industry, with a strong preference for those with a background in healthcare, behavioral health, or education. A deep understanding of ABA therapy and allied health services is highly valued, as is a candidate with high emotional intelligence, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
