About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Clinic Operations and Growth. This senior leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the success of the clinics across the key pillars of operations, growth, financial performance, and culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving local growth, exceeding client acquisition targets, and fostering community relationships. A strong focus on financial acumen is required, including managing the clinic's P&L, optimizing profitability, and collaborating with corporate teams to implement financial strategies. Operational excellence is also a key aspect of the role, with a focus on meeting KPIs, maintaining compliance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' of operations and growth leadership experience in a high-growth service industry, particularly in healthcare, behavioral health, or education. The role demands a proven track record in leading operations, driving growth, and building engaged teams, as well as a deep understanding of financial management and, ideally, ABA therapy or allied health services. The ideal candidate will possess high emotional intelligence, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset, and will be adept at talent retention, engagement, and relationship-driven leadership. Responsibilities also include mentoring and developing future leaders, so experience in this area is highly valued.
