We are a rapidly growing provider of commercial shelving and warehouse solutions, serving a diverse range of clients across the Tri-State area. As we continue to expand, we are focused on building a high-performing sales team to drive growth at both regional and national levels. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to lead outbound business development and expand our presence in the warehouse and commercial facilities market. This role is designed for a proactive, self-motivated professional who can identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, and close high-value corporate accounts. Unlike our current team, which primarily handles inbound leads, this position requires someone who thrives on seeking out new business and creating opportunities from the ground up. You will be instrumental in bringing in million-dollar deals, working directly with decision-makers at the corporate and national level, and contributing to the growth of a fast-paced, ambitious company. Key Responsibilities
Drive outbound sales efforts targeting warehouse operators, distribution centers, and commercial facilities in the Tri-State area. Identify, prospect, and close corporate and national accounts, securing deals often valued in the millions. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, leveraging research, networking, and strategic outreach. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored shelving and storage solutions that meet client needs. Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to generate leads and promote brand visibility. Report on sales metrics, forecast revenue, and provide strategic insights to leadership. Initially, new hires will work in-office daily to receive onboarding and mentorship; experienced candidates may have flexible arrangements if they consistently bring in business. Qualifications
Proven track record of high-level sales, preferably selling into warehouses, commercial buildings, or industrial solutions. Experience handling large-scale, multi-million-dollar deals is highly desirable. Strong business development skills with a focus on outbound sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently on the road. Familiarity with the Tri-State commercial market and warehouse operations is a plus. Background in selling shelving, material handling, or related industrial solutions is ideal but not required for exceptional sales talent. Compensation
