Aspire Health is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact for patients, caregivers, and internal partners. This role is ideal for individuals who are professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally
Assist patients and clients with general questions, services, and scheduling
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a calm, empathetic approach
Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Provide consistent, high-quality customer support
Qualifications
Must currently reside in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of customer service experience preferred
Healthcare or call center experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Basic computer and data entry skills
