Insight Global is seeking a Remarketing Analyst to join one of its clients in the Lewisville, TX office. The role reports to the Remarketing Manager and involves managing auction vehicle processing, reviewing vendor invoices, and generating performance metrics.
Base Pay Range $24.00/hr – $28.00/hr

Contract Details 3-6 month contract with possible extension/direct hire.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor inspection guidelines followed by various 3rd Party Inspection Vendors.
Review ingerlan monthly invoices from 3rd Party Inspection Vendors for accuracy and provide payment recommendations outside the established agreement.
Generate and analyze performance metrics for 3rd Party Inspection Companies.
Manage vendor relationships with 3rd Party Inspection Companies to ensure accurate and timely inspections.
Handle 10–12 calls a day in a customer-facing role.
Analyze claims.
Provide excellent customer service, including escalating elegance conversations.
Perform agile tasks, ensuring variety in daily activities.
Communicate with customers via chat, email and phone.
Must Haves
Remarketing experience dekoras.
Ability to manage queue effectively.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in a customer-facing role.
