DIGITAL MARKETING TECHNICIAN AND EXPERIENCE AS A STUDENT IN PERMANENT TRAINING
The present selection process for technical management, administration and services personnel is being announced.
FUNCTIONS TO BE DEVELOPED:
Propose and manage the content of our own websites related to the ongoing training programs of TecnoCampus.
Monitor digital metrics and exploit acquisition data (LEADS) from TecnoCampus' ongoing training.
Participate in the development and execution of the digital marketing strategy for continuing education and the HUB4T
Create and manage the TecnoCampus lifelong learning networks (Hub4T): Instagram, Tik tok LinkedIn, X.
Create content and write news for the different Hub4T channels.
Propose, create and execute mailing campaigns.
Design, schedule and coordinate activities related to the student experience, such as welcome and closing ceremonies, and other events that promote participant engagement and satisfaction.
Provide support and monitor the student experience, collecting feedback and proposing improvements in the reception and completion processes of the continuing education programs promoted by HUB4T.
Participate in the implementation of indicators and control mechanisms related to your management unit.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum academic qualification of Higher Level Training Cycle, Professional Training or similar or its equivalent in accordance with current educational legislation. (This must be certified with the official qualification).
Only the CV of people who meet the essential requirements and who have therefore been admitted to participation will be assessed. The selection committee will evaluate the merits of the candidates presented based on the following scoring scales, which will be able to obtain a maximum score of 115 points.
a) Curricular assessment (up to 60 points).
Bachelor's degree in areas related to the functions to be performed, such as ADE or marketing. (This must be certified with the official degree or receipt of payment for the official degree).
Max. 11 points
Postgraduate or master's degree in areas related to the functions to be performed, such as digital marketing or graphic design. (This must be certified with the official degree or receipt of payment for the official degree).
Max. 10 points
Specific training in areas related to the functions to be developed and related tools such as ActiveCampaign, Metricool, HubSpot, Benchmark, InDesign, Canva, among others (The corresponding qualification or certificate must be attached).
Max. 3 points
Experience in the required functions (You must specify in the CV the job position and main activities carried out in each company).
Max. 18 points
Experience in using tools related to the workplace, such as ActiveCampaign, Metricool, HubSpot, Benchmark, Photoshop, among others. (This must be clearly specified in the CV).
Max. 8 points
Other merits. The committee may assess other elements of the curriculum that it deems appropriate.
Max. 10 points
b) Prior contractual relationship with TecnoCampus (up to 15 points).
PERSONAL INTERVIEW
(until
40 points ).
Only candidates who have passed the 40 points in the CV assessment phase + previous contractual relationship with TecnoCampus will be invited to an interview.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Indefinite employment on a full-time basis and with provision for immediate incorporation.
The professional group is B1 category technician according to the TecnoCampus current labor agreement.
37,5 hours a week.
28 days of vacation per full year.
Time flexibility and 40% possibility in teleworking.
Possibility of flexible remuneration.
